M/s Emirates Trading Agency LLC is a Lead Member of Consortium with an equity stake of 51%. Whereas, M/s KMC constructions Ltd, who is other Member of Consortium has 49% equity stake in the SPV.

M/s ETA LLC is participating in several Public Private Partnership (PPP) Infrastructure Projects in India in the name of Emirates Trading Agency LLC, Dubai and ETA Star Infrastructure Ltd, Mumbai in Airport, Port, Highway and Development of Hydro Electric Projects in India to be implemented in BOT basis.

M/s KMC Constructions Limited has been among the leading contractors for the past 36 years in the construction of Major Highway Projects, Airport Runways, Major Bridges and other Civil Engineering works.
The spark of a brilliant vision of Mr. M. Raja Mohan Reddy B.E., heralded the beginning of "Krishna Mohan Constructions", a partnership firm, way back in 1970. The firm became a Public Limited Company in the name and style of "KMC Constructions Ltd" to be able to fully represent the scope and magnitude of operations being undertaken.

JV Composition and setup
The JV board has four directors comprising

The drat shareholders agreement is ready and is expected to be signed by 6th july.
Mr Panda has taken over the responsibilities of the Project Director.
M/s PWC has been mandated to create all the SOP’s (contract management, HR, accounts, procurement, documentation..) for the SPV.
M/s KPMG has been appointed as the tax consultant to the SPV.
